摘 要:针对不同钢种,分别采用枝晶腐蚀和传统低倍检验方法检验连铸坯的凝固组织和缺陷。结果表明,枝晶腐蚀低倍检验方法能够清晰地显示连铸坯的凝固组织和缺陷。得出结论,枝晶腐蚀低倍检验方法是研究连铸坯缺陷,提高钢材质量的最佳检验方法。According to different steel grades, the solidified microstructures and defects of continuous casting slabs were examined by using the dendrite corrosion inspection method and traditional macro examination method respectively. The results showed that the solidified microstructures and defects could be clearly illustrated by using the dendrite corrosion inspection method. So it is concluded that the dendrite corrosion inspection method is the best way to study the defects of the continuous casting slabs and improve the quality of the steel products.
