高职护用药理学课程教材编写的探索

摘　　要：针对现行高职药理学教材重视学科知识的系统性和完整性,而忽视临床护士工作岗位的实际动手操作能力,没有充分体现高职教育中以"能力为本位,培养应用技能型人才"的教育理念的问题,在编写新的药理学教材时,要以实用够用为原则,以护理专业岗位需求为核心,注重培养学生临床用药护理的能力,从而不断提高学生适应岗位需求的能力。The current higher vocational pharmacology textbook values the system and integrity but ignores the actual operation ability of clinic nurse work, and cannot embody the educational concept of cultivating applied skilled talents.Therefore when compiling new pharmacology textbook, it should adhere to the principle of practicality and sufficiency, focus on post demand, and pay attention to clinic medical care ability training, in order to constantly improve students＇ ability to adapt to post requirements.
