摘　　要：以新疆准东煤田5大矿区煤炭探矿权整合为例,类比山西煤改的经验和教训,提出了探矿权整合方案以供探讨。整合方案通过综合运用法律、经济、技术和必要的行政手段,以兼并、参股等方式将矿权数量从现有的180个减少为51个探矿权和6个勘查区,形成规范化、规模化的勘探开发模式。Based on the present situation of coal prospecting in Xinjiang Zhundong area as an example, combined with the Shanxi coal reform, put forward the prospecting integration scheme for discussion. Through the legal, economic, technical and necessary administrative means,the scheme reduce the number of the existing mineral rights from 180 to 51 exploration rights and 6 exploration area, thus, a standardized and larze-scale exploration and development model is formed.
