摘　　要：目的 翻译护士专业自我效能感量表并对其进行信效度检验.方法 采用翻译和文化调适的中文版护士专业自我效能感量表对480名天津市第一中心医院的护士进行调查并对结果 进行信效度检验.结果修改后的中文版护士专业自我效能感量表共有19个条目,总量表Cronbachα系数为0.95,量表重测信度为0.91.结论 修改后的中文版护士专业自我效能感量表具有良好的信度和效度,适合中国护士专业自我效能感的测评.Objective To translate the English version of the Nursing Profession Self-Efficacy Scale into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Methods The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of scale was tested among 480 nurses from Tianjin First Central Hospital. Results The revised Chinese version of the Nursing Professional Self-Efficacy Scale contained 19 entries, the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.95, the test-retest reliability was 0.91. Conclusions The revised Chinese version of the Nursing Profession Self-Efficacy Scale has acceptable reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the Nursing Profession Self-Efficacy among nurses in China.
