摘  要:目的比较Concise、Clinpro、Fluroshield、Ionosit-seal四种窝沟封闭剂的渗透性和微渗漏,为口腔临床选择使用提供实验依据。方法收集外科拔除的第三恒磨牙,选择釉质完整、无龋、无裂隙、无白斑、窝沟较深的牙44颗为实验标本。清洁、酸蚀、清洗合面后,分别涂布上述四种窝沟封闭剂,依次分为四组,每组10颗。通过窝沟封闭剂的微渗漏实验以及立体显微镜的微渗漏观测这四种窝沟封闭剂的微渗漏深度、微渗漏率以及渗透率。另余4颗分别用上述4种材料进行窝沟封闭后,用扫描电镜观察窝沟封闭剂与牙体组织结合界面的密合度。结果 Concise窝沟封闭剂组、Clinpro窝沟封闭剂组、Fluroshield窝沟封闭剂组的微渗漏深度和微渗漏率均无统计学差异(均P>0.05);Ionosit-seal窝沟封闭剂组的微渗漏深度和微渗漏率均明显低于其他三组(均P<0.05)。四组窝沟封闭剂的渗透率结果无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。扫描电镜观察显示,四组窝沟封闭剂与牙釉质均有完好结合。结论 Ionosit-seal窝沟封闭剂的流动性好,微渗漏率低,收缩率低,是较好的窝沟封闭剂材料。Objective To compare the different permeability and microleakage of Concise, Clinpro, Fluroshield and Ionosit-seal four kinds of fissure sealants, and provide an experimental evidence for clinical use. Methods 44 third permanent molars removed by surgical were selected. These molars were enamel intact and no caries, no cracks, no white spot and deep fissure tooth. Fissure sealants are applied to the molars after cleaning, etching, bonding surface and so divided into four groups. Through microleakage experiments and stereoscopic microscope observation of microleakage depth, microleakage rate and penetration rate. The remaining 4 teeth in each group were used for the observation of marginal adaptability of fissure sealants with tooth interface by SEM. Results Microleakage depth and micro-leakage rate of Concise fissure sealants group, Clinpro Sealant group, Fluroshield fissure sealants group were no significant differences(all P0.05); Thus, the microleakage depth and micro-leakage rates of Ionosit-seal fissure agent group were significantly lower than the other three groups(all P 0.05). There was no significant difference(all P 0.05)permeability results between four fissure sealants. The analysis of the SEM micrographs revealed that, all fissure sealants revealed good adaptation to the enamel. Conclusion Ionosit-seal fissure sealants had a good liquidity, lower micro leakage rate, and low shrinkage, is a better fissure sealant material.
