浅谈我国集体协商制度的缺陷与对策

摘　　要：市场经济下集体协商制度对维护职工合法权益,构建和谐劳动关系具有重要意义。本文通过对集体协商基本理论及我国集体协商制度的现状、缺陷进行分析,结合社会实践,试从立法角度对我国集体协商制度的完善进行分析研究。Under the market economy, collective bargaining system plays an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and building a harmonious labor relationship. Based on the analysis of the basic theory of collective bargaining and the current situation and defects of our collective bargaining system, and combining social practice, the paper tries to analyze the perfection of our collective bargaining system from the perspective of legislation.
