摘 要:目的分析血清游离氨基酸及骨代谢相关指标与甲亢的关系,为甲亢患者的诊断与治疗提供指导依据。方法选取2013年8月~2016年8月期间本院收治的68例甲亢患者为观察组,另选取同时间段的68名体检健康者为对照组。检测两组的血清游离氨基酸及骨代谢相关指标,比较观察组中不同基础代谢率患者的血清游离氨基酸及骨代谢相关指标。结果观察组的酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、支链氨基酸及骨吸收、骨形成指标均高于对照组,其他游离氨基酸指标则均低于对照组,且观察组中基础代谢率较高患者的酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、支链氨基酸及骨吸收、骨形成指标均高于基础代谢率较低的患者,其他游离氨基酸指标则均高于基础代谢率较低的患者(均P<0.05﹚。结论甲亢患者的血清游离氨基酸及骨代谢相关指标表达明显异常,且不同基础代谢率患者的差异也较为明显,因此对此类患者的检测价值较高。Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between serum free amino acids, bone metabolism related indexes and hyperthyroidism. Methods 68 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group. 68 healthy persons of physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum free amino acids and bone metabolism related indexes were compared. The serum free amino acids and bone metabolism related indexes of patients with different basal metabolic rates in observation group were compared, too. Results The observation group's tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan,branched chain amino acid, bone resorption and bone formation indexes were all higher than that of the control group. The other free amino acids of observation group were lower than that of control group. The tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, branched chain amino acid, bone resorption and bone formation indexes of patients with higher basal metabolic rates in observation group were all higher than the results of patients with lower basal metabolic rates. The other free amino acids of observa- tion group were all lower than the results of patients with lower basal metabolic rates. Conclusion The expression of ser- um free amino acids, bone metabolism related indexes of patients with hyperthyroidism are abnormal, and the differences of patients with different basal metabolic rates are obvious.
