摘  要:目的探讨我国川东北汉族人群韩国改良TOAST分型动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(ATS)的特点及危险因素。方法选择我国四川东北地区汉族人群为研究对象,采用病例-对照研究,以200例ATS患者作为病例组,选择同期体检的健康人群205例作为对照组进行研究。对ATS发病常见的危险因素进行分析,包括性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、糖尿病史、高血压史、吸烟史、饮酒史,血脂异常等。结果血脂异常与ATS相关(P<0.05);血脂异常增加其ATS易感性,血脂异常是ATS的危险因素。结论血脂异常是ATS的危险因素。Objective This study aims were to explore the risk for atherosclerosis stroke (ATS) subtype based on South Korea modified TOAST classification in Han Chinese population in northeast Sichuan province. Methods Han Chinese population in northeast Sichuan, China, including 200 patients with ATS and 205 healthy control, were chosen for studying using the case-control design. Common environmental risk factors for ATS, such as gender, age, body mass index (BMI), hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking as well as dyslipidemia were analyzed. Results Dyslipidemia was significantly associated with ischemic stroke (P〈0. 05), which could increase ATS susceptibility. Dyslipidemia was a risk factor for ATS. Conclusion Dyslipidemia is a risk factor for ATS.
