辽宁制造业的服务化转型研究

摘　　要：为了解决辽宁制造业面临的困境,基于产业结构理论,采用归纳分析的方法,研究了辽宁制造业的服务化转型。归纳了服务型制造的产生背景和发展态势,基于服务型制造视角,对辽宁制造业目前面临的困境和挑战进行分析,从产业宏观层面和制造企业层面对辽宁制造业升级与服务化转型提出了建议。研究表明:只有促进制造业与信息技术产业深度融合,走制造业与生产性服务业并举发展之路,完善技术创新体系,深化体制机制改革,强化服务意识,挖掘顾客需求,走差异化道路,灵活适应需求,调整组织结构,构筑保障体系等才能实现辽宁制造业的服务化转型。In order to cope with the difficult situation, this paper studies the service transition of Liaoning manufacturing industry based on the industrial structure theory and the method of inductive analysis. The background and development trend of service manufacturing are analyzed. From the service manufacturing perspective, the difficulties and challenges that the manufacturing industry in Liaoning are facing are analyzed. From the industrial macro level and the manufacturing enterprise level, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the upgrading and service transformation of Liaoning manufacturing industry, which will provide reference for the service transformation of Liaoning manufacturing industry. Conclusion： in order to realize the service transformation of Liaoning＇s manufacturing industry, it is expected to promote the deep integration of manufacturing and information technology industries, take the road of developing both manufacturing and producer services, improve the technological innovation system, deepen the reform of the system and mechanism, strengthen service awareness, and tap customer needs, take the road of differentiation, flexibly adapt to the needs, adjust the organizational structure, and build a guarantee system, etc.
