住院医师规范化培训问题与优化方式研究

摘　　要：目的分析当前住院医师规范化培训问题,提出优化方案。方法在西安地区10所医院开展调研活动,对住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题进行调查。结果计划发放问卷600份,实际回收570份。回收率为95.00%。勾选当前住院医生规范化培训规章制度中不健全者占总数的13.68%。认为当前住院医师培训考核评估体系不满意者有占11.22%。"研究生继续教育和住院医生规范化培训存在冲突"人数占19.82%。"当前阶段住院医师规范化培训中按政策落实是否满意调查中",不满意者74例。在"当前住院医师规范化培训中软硬件设施情况满意度"中,勾选"不满意"者81例。结论全面落实住院医生培训制度对于加强医院综合竞争力以及树立品牌来讲,具有极为重要的现实意义。Objective Analysis of the current standardized training of residents, put forward the optimization program. Methods Research activities were carried out in 10 hospitals in Xi＇an area, to investigate the problems existing in standardized training of resident doctors. Results 600 questionnaires were issued and 570 copies were actually recovered. The recovery rate was 95%. Check the current standardized training of residents in the regulation system was not perfect, accounting for 13.68%. The current assessment system of resident training were unsatisfactory, accounting for 11.22%. There was a conflict between postgraduate continuing education and standardized residency training, accounting for 19.82%. In the current standardized training of resident doctors, according to the policy implementation satisfaction survey, 74 cases were not satisfied. In the current ＂standardized training of residents in the soft and hardware facilities satisfaction＂, check the ＂dissatisfied＂ were 81 cases. Conclusion It is of great practical significance to fully implement the training system for doctors in order to strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and establish brands.
