摘　　要：目的总结分析新生儿PICC技术临床实践教学基地培训成效。方法制定新生儿PICC技术临床实践的教学方案,并对全省14名学员进行为期3周的全脱产规范化培训,最后通过临床理论技能考核和问卷的形式评价教学效果。结果通过新生儿PICC临床实践教学基地封闭式的培训,全体学员通过理论及技能考核,顺利取得结业证书,教学方案得到全体学员的好评。结论采用我院新生儿PICC技术临床实践教学方案进行培训,既能够帮助学员掌握技能取得结业证书,也能够得到学员的普遍认可,达到预期的效果。Objective To summarize and analyze the training effect of neonatal PICC technology clinical practice teaching base. Methods To formulate the teaching plan of clinical practice of neonatal PICC technology, 14 students for 3 weeks of full-time standardized training, tinally, the teaching effect was evaluated by clinical theory, skill assessment and questionnaire form. Results Through neonatal PICC clinical practice teaching base closed training, all students through the theoretical and technical assessment, successful completion of the certificate, teaching program has been well received by all the students. Conclusion The training of the clinical practice teaching program for the newborn PICC technology in onr hospital can not only help the trainees acquire the skills and obtain the certificate of graduation, but also get the general approval of the trainees and achieve the desired results.
