微信在临床医学专业硕士研究生培养中应用分析

摘　　要：自2015年临床医学专业硕士研究生同时也参加住院医师规范化培训,取得了良好的效果,也发现了很多的新问题,如统一大课模式受时间空间限制、临床专业繁多,各有特点,不适合完全统一教学、临床导师面对面教育学生的时间不足等问题。微信在研究生中广泛应用,基本上所有的学生都拥有,具有移动性、时间不受限、实时交流等特点,可传输文字、音频、视频等功能,非常适合应用于教学,能够很大程度上解决这些问题。微信应用于教学还有很多优势,可以丰富教学形式,改变教学模式,创新教学方法等,应该更系统深入的应用于临床医学专业硕士研究生培养中。Since 2015, clinical medicine graduate students in China have also participated in the standardized training of resident doctors, and achieved good results, but also appeared a lot of new problems,such as the unified large class mode by the time and space constraints, clinical expertise, have their own characteristics, not suitable for complete teaching, clinical tutor face to face students lack of time and other issues. Wechat is widely used in graduatestudents, and almost all students have, With mobility, time is not limited, real-time communication and other characteristics, can transmit text, audio, video and other functions. Weehat is very suitable for teaching, and can solve these problems above. There are many advantages in the application of WeChat teaching, which can enrich the teaching form, change the teaching mode and innovate the teaching method. It should be applied to the cultivation of postgraduates in clinical medicine.
