重酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液联合丝裂霉素、顺氯氨铂对治疗肺部肿瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液(诺维本)联合丝裂霉素、顺氯氨铂对肺部肿瘤进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年4月于我院诊治的肺部肿瘤患者40作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为两组。对照组采用氟尿嘧啶+顺氯氨铂治疗,观察组采用重酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液+丝裂霉素+顺氯氨铂治疗;对两组患者各项研究数据作对比分析。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺部肿瘤患者经重酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液+丝裂霉素+顺氯氨铂治疗效果显著,不良反应发生率低,用药安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of vinorelbine bitartrate injection combined with mitomycin and cisplatin on lung cancer. Methods 40 cases of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were enroll in the study, they were divided into control group and observation group through random number table method. The control group was treated with fluorouracil ＋ cisplatin, the observation group was treated with vinorelbine bitartrate injection ＋ mitomycin ＋ cisplatin; the data of the two groups of patients were comparative studied. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmonary cancer patients treated with vinorelbine bitartrate injection ＋ mitomycin ＋ cisplatin can achieve significant effect, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is both safe and effective.
