摘　　要：文章从德育师资队伍建设的重要性出发,阐述了中小学德育师资队伍建设的重要内容,并提出了加强自治区中学德育师资队伍建设的建议和对策。This article discusses the significance of the moral education teaching staff construction and its ma- jor contents. Suggestions and solutions for the construction are also provided.
