意向放松训练对肺癌手术患者术后心理状态及免疫力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨意向放松训练对肺癌手术患者术后心理状态和免疫力的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月间中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的96例行手术治疗的肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分成观察者和对照组,每组48例,观察组患者术后采用意向放松结合音乐放松护理,对照组患者采用单纯音乐放松护理,对比两组患者术后免疫力改善状况和心理状态的变化情况。结果术后不同时段观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者体内血清免疫球蛋白和白细胞计数均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用意向放松结合音乐放松护理肺癌术后患者,可改善患者心理状态,提升患者免疫能力,降低并发症的发生,值得临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of relaxation-mental imagery training combined with music relaxation therapy on psychological status and immunity in patients with lung cancer after operation.Methods A total of 96 lung cancer patients admitted to Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects. Using a random number table,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 48 patients in each group. The observation group was given relaxation-mental imagery combined with music relaxation therapy and the control group was only given music relaxation therapy. Improvement of immunity and psychological status was compared between the two groups. Results After the surgery,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） score and visual analogue scale（ VAS） score were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Serum immunoglobulin Ig A and Ig G and white blood cell count were higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Relaxation-mental imagery combined with music relaxation therapy can significantly improve the psychological status,enhance immunity and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with lung cancer after the operation.
