摘 要:目的探讨知识共享行为和一般自我效能对口腔护士职业认同的影响。 方法2016年10-12月,采用方便抽样的方法,对襄阳市88名口腔护士进行问卷调查。 结果口腔护士职业认同总均分为(5.60 ± 0.56)分,知识共享行为总均分为(2.59 ± 0.77)分,一般自我效能总均分为(2.66 ± 0.46)分,知识共享行为、一般自我效能均与职业认同呈显著正相关(r=0.626、0.342,P〈0.01)。回归分析结果显示,知识共享行为的组织交流、社团实践和书面贡献以及一般自我效能可显著正向预测口腔护士职业认同的54.3%。 结论护理管理者应根据知识共享行为和一般自我效能的不足之处,采取针对性的干预措施,提高口腔护士的知识共享行为和一般自我效能水平,增强其职业认同感。ObjectiveTo determine the impact of dental nurses′ knowledge sharing behavior and self-efficiency on professional identity. MethodsA total of 88 dental nurses in Xiangyang were tested by Professional Identity Inventory for Nurse, Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale and General Self-efficacy Scale. ResultsThe mean score of professional identity was (5.60±0.56) points, the mean score of knowledge sharing behavior was (2.59±0.77) points, the mean score of general self-efficacy was (2.66±0.46) points. Knowledge sharing behavior and self-efficiency were positively correlated with professional identity (r=0.626, 0.342, P〈0.01) . Regression analysis showed that the organizational communications, communities of practice, written contributions and general self-efficacy could explain 54.3% of the variance for dental nurses′professional identity. ConclusionsNursing managers should focus on the shortcomings of dental nurses′ knowledge sharing behavior and general self-efficacy, and promote interventions to enhance dental nurses′ knowledge sharing behavior and general self-efficacy and improve the level of professional identity.
