某地区高校教师眼内压与心理压力状况相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨某地区高校教师眼内压(intraocular pressure,IOP)的分布特征,分析该群体IOP与其心理状况及相关全身指标之间的相关性。方法:对某地区高校教师197例样本进行问卷调查,内容包括个体心理压力状况、基本情况、实验室检查以及眼部专科检查等;其中Beck抑郁量表得分(Beck Depression Inventory Score,BDI Score)用于评估心理压力状况;采用偏相关的统计学方法分析该群体眼内压与心理状况等相关因素的关系。结果:该地区高校教师群体Beck抑郁量表得分与眼内压值显著相关(r=0.127,P=0.0060);在控制年龄、体质指数、糖化血红蛋白及收缩压影响之后,二者相关程度略有下降(r=0.113,P=0.015);当饮酒、吸烟、日常锻炼等因素被纳入分析后,二者仍显著相关(r=0.116,P=0.013)。结论:该地区高校教师群体心理压力状况与眼内压值显著相关,心理压力导致过量和持续的皮质醇分泌可能是眼内压增加的因素之一。Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of intraocular pressure（ IOP） and perform the correlation analysis between IOP and psychological status and biomedical parameters of the body in certain university teachers. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed in 197 university teachers from a certain region. The content of questionnaire included psychological stress status,individual basic situation,laboratory and eye specialist examination. The Beck Depression Inventory Score（ BDI Score） was used for the assessment of psychological stress,and partial correlation statistical analysis was used to analyze the relationship between IOP and psychological status in the population. Results Beck Depression Inventory Score was significantly correlated with intraocular pressure in this university teacher group（ r = 0.127,P = 0.0060）,although slight attenuation of DBI Score was observed after controlling for age,BMI,glycosylated hemoglobin and systolic blood pressure（ r = 0.113,P = 0.015）. When lifestyle factors such as alcohol consumption,smoking,and exercise were incorporated into the analysis,the correlation remained significantly positive（ r = 0. 116,P = 0. 013）. Conclusion A significant correlation between psychosocial stress and intraocular pressure was observed among university teachers in a certain region. Psychological stress leads to excessive and sustained cortisol secretion,which may be one of the factors that increase intraocular pressure.
