摘  要:细胞学筛查技术在宫颈癌筛查手段中仍然起着至关重要的作用,经历了从传统的巴氏涂片到以伯塞斯达诊断(the bethesda system,TBS)的液基细胞学(liquid-based cytology,LBC)技术。但由于我国人口基数大、经济资源短缺以及人才技术的缺乏,发病率及死亡率仍呈逐年上升趋势。因此,宫颈病变"三阶梯"筛查模式中以细胞学筛查技术为首的筛查模式遇到了瓶颈。近年来,细胞DNA倍体分析技术逐渐成为科研和临床诊断的研究热点。本文就细胞DNA倍体分析技术对宫颈癌的临床价值及宫颈癌的预防措施作一综述。Cytological screening technology still plays a vital role in cervical cancer screening,and it has undergone a process from traditional Pap smear to the bethesda system(TBS)Cytology(LBC)technology. However,due to China's large population base,the shortage of economic resources and the lack of talent technology,morbidity and mortality rate is still increasing year by year. Therefore,cervical cancer "three ladder" screening model in the cytology screening technology led by the screening model encountered a bottleneck. In recent years,cell DNA ploidy analysis technology has gradually become a research and clinical diagnosis of hot spots. In this paper,cell DNA ploidy analysis of the clinical value of cervical cancer and cervical cancer prevention measures for a review.
