少数民族流动人口与城市民族关系探究

摘　　要：经济社会发展与城市化进程的加快,使城市中的少数民族流动人口逐渐增加,城市民族关系主体多元化,进而造成城市民族关系复杂化,但在融合和适应城市生活的过程中也增进了少数民族与汉族之间的理解和尊重。探究少数民族流动人口问与城市民族关系,针对少数民族流动人口带来的负面效应,从充分发掘少数民族地区经济发展的潜能、修订和完善《城市民族工作条例》、积极开展民族知识的宣传教育、健全少数民族流动人口的监测管理机制四个方面提出建议,以期为构建和谐的城市民族关系提供参考。Economic and social development and the acceleration of the urbanization process？the urban population of ethnic minorities gradually increased？ the m e m b e r s of urban ethnic relations be c o m e diversi-fied？ further to lead to the urban ethnic relations turn complicate？ but in the process of integrating and a-dapting urban life？ they also promote the understanding and respect between minority and the H a n . T o in-quire the minority floating population and urban ethnic relations？in terms of the negative effects of minori-ty floating population,the paper put forwards four proposals： to explore the potential of economic develop-ment in ethnic minority areas？ to revise and perfect the Regulations of U r b a n Ethnic W o r k , to actively carry out propaganda and education of ethnic kno w l e d g e and to improve the monitoring and m a n a g e m e n t m e c h a-nism of the minority floating population,in order to provide a reference for the construction of harmonious urban ethnic relations.
