摘  要:[目的]研究项目管理模式对医院急诊人力资源综合管理质量的影响。[方法]选取成都市第二人民医院2014年3月—2015年1月急诊医务人员60名作为研究对象,实施项目管理模式前(2014年3月)向医务人员发放调查问卷,统计并记录其团队凝聚力、自我评价及工作满意度等情况;开展项目管理模式活动,进行人力资源综合管理,完成后(2015年1月,实施后)向医务人员发放调查问卷,统计项目管理效果并与管理前进行比较。[结果]实施后医务人员团队凝聚力的团队合作、团队共识、团队互动、团队荣誉感4项评分均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后医务人员自我评价认为自己是管理者、主动参与病区管理、领导能力、关心科室与医院发展的评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后急诊医务人员的内在、外在工作满意度评分分别为(49.5±5.4)分、(34.3±4.7)分,均高于项目管实施前(42.6±4.8)分、(29.3±3.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在医院急诊科开展项目管理模式活动,能有效提高人力资源综合管理质量,增强团队合作凝聚力,改善医务人员自我管理意识与价值,提高工作满意度,利于新型急诊人力资源管理模式创建,从而提升急诊服务质量。Objective:To study the effect of project management model on comprehensive management quality of emergency human resources(HR)in hospital.Methods:A total of 60 cases of medical staff in the outpatient and emergency department in Chengdu Second People's Hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,and they were given questionnaires before implementing project management(March2014),and their group cohesiveness,self-evaluation,and job satisfaction were collected and recorded.The HR comprehensive management was carried out when project management model being implemented in the emergency department,after which questionnaires were provided to medical staff(January 2015).The result of project management was collected and compared with scores before management.Results:After project management,the scores of teamwork,team consensus,team interaction,team honor among group cohesiveness of medical staff were better than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After management,in the self-evaluation of medical staff,the scores of thinking himself as manager,actively participating in the ward management,leadership,caring for the development of department and hospital were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After project management,the internal and external job satisfaction score of emergency medical staff was(49.5±5.4)and(34.3±4.7)respectively,which were higher than(42.6±4.8)and(29.3±3.6)of before project management,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Implementing project management model in hospital emergency could effectively increase HR comprehensive management quality,strengthen team cohesiveness,improve the awareness and value of self-management of medical staff and increase job satisfaction.It was beneficial to establish a new pattern of emergency HR management model,thus improving emergency service
