“医教结合”康复模式的意义、存在问题及其保证措施

摘　　要："医教结合"是将医疗康复手段与特殊教育的方法进行有机结合,在尊重个体差异、个体需求基础上开展的一种康复模式,是实现脑瘫患儿康复的最佳方式,它使其全面发展成为可能。本文通过对"医教结合"康复模式的意义与价值的分析,揭示我国当前"医教结合"康复模式中存在的问题,提出引进教育康复内容与方法、衔接课程教学与康复研究、构建综合康复服务体系的路径,关爱和提升脑瘫患儿的生命质量,促进其全面发展。On the basis of identifying and respecting individual differences and individual demand,＂Combination of Medicine and Education＂as the best fit rehabilitation model for cerebral palsy children,is an organic integration of medical procedures and other relevant subjects under the model of special education.In order to concern cerebral palsy childrens quality of life and promote their all-round development,this paper analyzes the significance and value of the model in rehabilitation of＂Combination of Medicine and Education＂,reveals its using problems in recent China,and comes up with some safeguard measures,such as introducing the method and context of educational rehabilitation,bridging course teaching and rehabilitation research,constructing a comprehensive rehabilitation service system.
