摘　　要：小脑性共济失调为神经内科疑难杂病之一,目前尚无根治方法,程为平教授通过现代解剖、传统经络以及临床经验总结,自创"王"字丛刺法,并取得良好的临床疗效,改善病患生活质量。本研究将列举两则典型案例来讨论"王"字丛刺法的方法及机理,以便为临床治疗本病提供参考。Cerebellar ataxia is one of the most difficult and complicated diseases in neurology,currently there is still no effective cure methods for it.Professor Cheng created one cluster needling method according to the shape of the Chinese character ＂Wang＂,on the basis of modern anatomy,traditional meridians and his own clinical experience,which has achieved favorable clinical curative effect,and has improved the life quality of the patients.This research particularized two typical cases to discuss the methods and the mechanism of＂Wang-shaped＂cluster needling,providing the reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
