摘  要:为了更好地了解花样跳绳对大学生体质的影响,以学校花样跳绳选项课的学生为研究对象。采用实验法和数理统计法,对花样跳绳选项课程的学生,进行为期16周的花样跳绳教学,并在教学过程中对学生身体形态、身体机能和体能方面的部分指标进行教学前后的实验对比研究。通过对实验前后所采集数据的比较得出:进行花样跳绳练习后学生的身体形态(体重、腰围和臀围)发生了变化,P>0.05,变化不大;学生的肺活量实验后为(2968.18±755.991)ml,实验前为(2736.36±620.237)ml,实验前后数据对比P<0.05,肺活量变化明显;学生的立定跳远成绩实验后为(1.826±0.3390)m,实验前为(1.742±0.3596)m,实验前后数据对比P<0.05,变化明显。As a kind of traditional skipping rope and popular music, dance, gymnastics and martial arts combined with new projects, by the majority of primary anal secondary school students. In order to better understand the effect of the rope skipping on College Students'physical fitness, this study takes the students of the school pattern skip- ping course as the research object. By using the method of experiment and mathematical statistics, the rope skip- ping elective course students are skipping teaching for 16 weeks, and in the process of teaching on students~ body shape, experimental study of teaching before and after partial index of physical function and physical aspects of the data Collected before and after the experiment, By collecting data on the comparison before and after the experiment teaching practice of students ~ physique by skipping ( body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference ) changed, height changes little ; their physical function ( FVC test index ) changes, lung volume changes, step test index of boys changed obviously. The girls did not change significantly; the physical fitness of students ( 50 meters run and standing long jump) did not change significantly. Because of the limited hours of the experiment, some physical function did not change significantly, through the establishment of community schools can urge students to compensate for this lack of practice.
