摘　　要：微课是基于教学目标而构建的微小的课程集合,时间短,内容精,便于实现网络化自主学习。微课设计要关注学生需求,调整教学内容;转变微课设计理念,重构微课视频模式;强化"碎片化"设计的有益处理,适应学生自主学习。Microlecture is a tiny curriculum set based cise content and is easy to learn on line by users. When on teaching goals, which is featured with short time, con- making microlectures, designer should pay attention to students＂ needs and adjust the content timely; renew design concepts and reconstruct microlecture video mode; take advantage of ＇fragmentation＇ characteristic and develop lectures which are suitable for students to learn independently.
