综合护理干预在颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术患者中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年7月我院收治的91例行微型钛板坚固内固定术颌骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为两组。对照组45例患者接受常规护理,观察组46例患者在此基础上予以综合护理干预,观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者镇痛剂使用率低于对照组,骨折解剖复位率及护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术患者中的临床效果突出,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in mini titanium plate fixation for jaw fracture.Methods 91 patients with mini plate rigid internal fixation for jaw fracture from February 2015 to July 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as objects and were divided into two groups by nursing mode.45 patients in the control group were received routine care,and 46 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect in two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,while the hospitalization expenses was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The analgesic use rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the fracture anatomical reduction rate and nursing sat- isfaction were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclu- sion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of jaw fracture with mini titanium plate fixation is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
