摘 要:设计了一种单腔大振子被动阀压电泵,压电振子直径为70 mm,厚度0.6 mm,采用伞形橡胶阀厚度为0.3 mm,直径为10 mm。在理论分析的基础上,验证了结构输出流量的合理性。利用浓度90%的甘油水溶液模拟黏度234.6 mPa·s血液介质,测试了不同工作频率下单腔大振子压电泵输出流量及压力。试验结果表明:在输入电压为110 V正弦交流电压,当电源信号频率为210 Hz时,得到流量最大值为412.5 mL/min,在当电源信号频率为110 Hz时,得到压力最大值为1.729×104Pa。试验结果为单腔大振子压电泵血液输送研究提供了参考。A style of the piezoelectric pumps driven by single lumen large vibrators passive valve is designed. Test re- suits provide the reference for research of the piezoelectric pumps driven by single lumen large vibrators.
