摘　　要：目的 探讨在骨科专科护士培训中提高脊髓神经运动功能评估准确率的方法.方法 2016年3月成立专科质量小组,建立评估指引,对护士进行脊髓神经运动功能评估资质培训与考核.比较应用前（2016年3月）和应用后（2016年7月）护士脊髓神经运动功能评估的准确率.结果 培训后,护士对脊髓神经运动功能评估准确率由77.6%（458/590）提高到95.6%（526/550）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=78.161,P〈0.01）.结论 骨科专科护士培训中,脊髓神经运动功能评估方法的建立与应用,能提升护士脊髓神经运动功能评估的准确率.Objective To explore the method of improving the accuracy of the spinal nerve motor function assessment in the training of orthopedic specialized nurses.Methods The specialized quality team and evaluation guidelines were set up in March 2016. The nurses＇ qualification of spinal nerve motor function assessment was trained and evaluated. The nurses＇ accuracy of the spinal nerve motor function assessment before the method application （March 2016） was compared to after the method application （July 2016）.Results After the evaluation, the nurses＇ accuracy of the spinal nerve motor function assessment was significantly improved from 77.6% （458/590）to 95.6%（526/550）（χ2=78.161,P〈0.01）.Conclusions In the orthopedic specialized nurse training, the establishment of the spinal nerve motor function evaluation method and its application can improve the nurses＇ accuracy of the spinal nerve motor function assessment.
