摘  要:针对带式输送机液压自动张紧装置存在液压设备故障率高、张紧调节缓慢等诸多问题,提出了一套新型变频自动张紧系统方案,该系统全部由机电元件构成,大大简化了结构。将空间矢量脉宽调制技术应用于永磁同步电机调速系统,控制张紧绞车的转速和转向,进而调节输送带张力。建立系统的数学模型和仿真模型,采用AMESim/Matlab联合仿真的方式,对带式输送机的动态特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该新型变频自动张紧装置能够保证驱动滚筒奔离点张力在受控启动阶段维持在75k N左右,稳定运行、机尾移动阶段维持在52k N左右,响应速度快,可满足带式输送机在几种不同工况下对输送带张力的需求。In consideration of the various malfunction of hydraulic automatic take -ups for belt conveyor, such as, high failure rate of hydraulic equipment, slow reaction rate, etc. , we put forward a new variable frequency automatic take - up. The device is only made up of electromechanical components, which greatly simplifies the system structure. Space vector pulse width modulation technology (SVPWM)is applied in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)speed control system, to control the winch' s speed and steering, and adjust the conveyor belt tension. Mathematical model and simulation model of the system are established, and AMESim and Maflab are used for simulation analysis of the belt conveyor dynamic characteristics. The results show that the loose edge tension of driving drum remain at around 75kN in controlled start - up stage and around 52kN in stable operation and outage stage, which can adjust the belt tension timely and meet the need of various conditions of belt conveyors.
