摘　　要：目的：探讨支气管镜对同期多原发肺癌（SMPLC）的诊断价值，提高临床医生对SMPLC的认识。方法：结合相关文献，回顾性分析2014年7月-2016年6月四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院收治的2例确诊Ⅰ期SMPLC病例的诊治过程。结果：2例Ⅰ期SMPLC均由支气管镜协助诊断治疗，预后良好。结论：支气管镜在诊断SMPLC中存在不可替代的价值，对治疗和预后至关重要，应作为肺癌术前一项常规检查应用于临床。Objective To explore the value of bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment and To improve awareness of synchronous multiple primary lung cancer （SMPLC） .Method The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 2 patients with SMPLC in the Hospital from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016 were analyzed retrospectively by reviewing related literature. Result Cases of SMPLC were diagnosed and treatment by bronchoscopy. The prognosis was fine. Conclusion Bronchoscopy is of irreplaceable value in the diagnosis of SMPLC. Bronchoscopy has a crucial impact on the treatment protocols and patient＇s prognosis and should be a routine examination of preoperation in pulmonary mass lesions.
