肝癌患者采用超声下冷循环微波刀治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：研究肝癌患者采用超声下冷循环微波刀治疗的效果。方法：选取我院2014年1月-2016年11月收治的肝癌患者30例（50个病灶）为研究对象，采用超声下冷循环微波刀对其进行治疗，对其治疗效果进行研究分析。结果：患者术后一个月的肿瘤直径减小；有40个病灶具有清晰的边界，并且没有出现增强状态，还有10个病灶部分边缘增强；患者术后一个月的血清AFP显著低于术前（P〈0．05）。结论：肝癌患者采用超声下冷循环微波刀治疗的效果显著，值得广泛推广。Objective To study the liver cancer patients with ultrasonic cold cycle under microwave knife treatment of lesions size changes. Methods Our hospital Data from January 2014 to November 2016, 30 cases of liver cancer patients （50 lesions） as the research object, using ultrasonic cold cycle under microwave knife for treatment, the treatment effects were studied. Results After a month of patients with tumor diameter decreased; 40 lesions with clear boundary, and no state, and ten focal part edge enhancement; A month after the serum AFP significantly lower than before. Conclusion The liver cancer patients with ultrasonic cold cycle under microwave knife treatment effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing widely.
