两种粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复乳前牙环状龋的疗效对比探析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型混合型粘结剂与自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复乳前牙环状龋的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月收治的乳前牙环状龋患儿74例,共221颗患牙。将所有患儿按数字随机表分为对照组、观察组,每组37例。对照组共108颗患牙,给予自酸蚀牙本质粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复治疗;观察组共113颗患牙,给予新型混合型两种粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复治疗。观察并记录两组治疗后6个月、12个月修复体固位评分、牙本质与修复体边缘密合性评分、牙髓活力评分情况,并进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗后6个月、12个月的修复体固位评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月、12个月的牙本质与修复体边缘密合性评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月、12个月牙髓活力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型混合型粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复乳前牙环状龋的临床疗效显著高于自酸蚀牙本质粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复,可确保修复体固位完整,提高边缘密合性,增强牙髓活性,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of the new type of mixed adhesive and self-etching dentin adhesive combined with compound resin filling on repairing the anterior teeth caries. Methods A total of 74 children with carcasses were treated with laryngeal caries from November 2013 to November 2015. All the children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. A total of 108 teeth were taken from the control group, and the patients were treated with self-etching dentin adhesive combined with compound resin filling repair. A total of 113 teeth were observed in the observation group, and the new type of adhesive was combined with com- pound resin. The scores of the fixation, dentin and restoration marginal adaptation, pulp viability were evaluated and recorded at 6 months and 12 months after treatment. The results were compared and analyzed. Results The retention scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment （P〈0.05）.The scores of dentin and resto- ration marginal adaptation were lower than those of the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The score of pulp viability was lower in the observation group than that in the control group at 6 months and 12 months, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the new type of mixed adhesive combined with composite resin on repairing the anterior teeth is significantly higher than that of the self-etching dentin adhesive combined with the composite resin filling, which can ensure the integrity of the restoration and improve the marginal adapta- tion, enhance pulp activity, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
