摘 要:彗星试验是一种在单细胞水平上进行DNA损伤和修复的检测方法,是一种能快速、有效地检测DNA单双链断裂、碱性不稳定位点等遗传毒性的技术,广泛用于遗传毒理学、环境毒性检测等研究领域。近年来口腔新型材料不断发展,同时口腔材料与口腔环境直接接触且长时间作用于人体,其遗传毒性评价体系亟待完善。彗星试验在各领域中的应用日趋完善,已然成为遗传毒性评估中不可或缺的一部分,因此将彗星试验应用于口腔新型材料的生物安全性检测是十分必要的。Comet assay is a method which can detect DNA damage and repair under the level of single cell, being a kind of fast, cost-efficient technique to detect genotoxicity such as DNA single-strand breaks, DNA double-strand breaks, alkali-labile sites and so on, comet assay has been extensively employed in fields like genetic toxicology and eco-genotoxicity. In recent years, new dental mate- rials develop constantly, while in the meantime, dental materials contact with the oral environment directly and act on human body for a long time, whose genetic toxicity evaluation system needs to be improved immediately. Comet assay has been employed in various of fields and becomes an indispensable part of genetic toxicity assessment. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the method to detect the bio- safety of new dental materials.
