摘  要:为解决我国果园田间管理劳动强度大、劳动力成本高等问题,应用机械设计理论与方法研制一种与拖拉机配套的、适于果园碎草作业的果园行间碎草机。该机由四轮拖拉机提供动力,动力由拖拉机的后动力输出轴经万向传动轴依次传递给变速箱、皮带轮,进而驱动碎草机粉碎部件高速旋转,完成碎草作业。田间试验测试了碎草机的碎草效果、作业效率等指标。试验结果表明该机碎草效果良好,长度≤100mm的草段占总草段的90%以上,每公顷作业效率是人工效率的40倍。该机有效降低了田间管理劳动强度和劳动力成本,提高了果农的收入。In order to solve the large labor intensity and high cost of orchard management in China,an inter-row mower was developed with mechanical design theory and methods,which can take four-wheel tractor as power supply.The power is transferred from tractors rear power output shaft to the gear box and pulley,through universal joint shaft.Thus,the power can drive the components rotating with high speed and finish mowing.Mowing effects,work efficiency and other indicators were tested in the field experiment,and the results show that this inter-row mower appears good performance,the proportion of mowed grass(shorter than 100mm)is 90%,and the work efficiency is 40 times faster than the manual work.The designed machine can effectively reduce the labor intensity and cost of orchard management,and improve the income of farmers.
