摘　　要：世界各国高等教育改革的一个普遍趋势是实施各具特色的混合治理模式。大学治理的学术——商业——公司模式即是学术治理、商业治理、公司治理三种模式的混合。它建立在共同治理和企业治理的概念基础之上,并拓展了共同治理的概念,是着眼于大学使命的一体化治理模式,为有效的大学治理提供了一种整合性框架,是一种视野宏大的治理模式。学术治理模式聚焦学问,商业治理模式聚焦绩效,公司治理模式聚焦适应性。大学治理的学术——商业——公司模式较好地融合了三种治理模式的优势,体现了大学治理的包容性和整合性,强调了学问、绩效及适应性之间的相互依赖性,能够较好地适应日益复杂多变的大学治理。A general trend of higher education reformation in the world is to implement amalgam modes of governance with their own features. The academic-business-corporate mode of university governance is the amalgams of academic governance, business governance and corporate governance. It builds upon the notions of shared governance and enterprise governance, and it also extends the notion of shared governance. It is an integrated governance mode that focuses on university missions. It provides an integrated framework for effective university governance, and it is a broad-scope university governance mode. Academic governance mode focuses on scholarship. Business governance mode focuses on performance. Corporate governance mode focuses on conformance. The mode of university governance compromises advantages of the three modes. It reflected inclusiveness and conformity of university governance.
