关于跨国公司在华研发的影响及应对机制的研究——以北京、上海、深圳为例

摘　　要：20世纪90年代全球化的盛行,使得我国逐渐成为跨国公司海外研发机构的落户地。跨国公司在我国开展的研发活动对我国的经济建设、社会发展以及创新科研能力提升的影响都与日俱增,但对我国尚不完善的国家研发系统也带来了一定的冲击。以我国创新研发能力位居一线的城市(北京、上海、深圳)为例,分析跨国公司设立的科研机构对本地区的产生的影响,进而再针对所产生的风险提出应对机制,使其朝着利于我国科技进步和经济建设的方向前行。In 1990s,with the prevalence of globalization,China has gradually become the place where TNC overseas RD institutions to settle down.The impact on our country＇s economic construction,、social development and innovation and scientific research capacity is increasing.However,China＇s imperfect national RD system has also brought a certain threat.In this paper,taking China＇s city（Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen）innovation ability of research and development as an example,analysis of the impact of the establishment of scientific research institutions in the region of the TNC,and in response to the risk arising from the proposed mechanism,to make it conducive to the direction of China＇s scientific and technological progress and economic construction.
