骨性Ⅱ类错合不同颌位下颌运动轨迹差异的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骨性Ⅱ类错合患者正中合与正中关系合位下颌运动轨迹差异。方法选取骨性Ⅱ类错合患者15例,以正中合与正中关系为起点进行各种下颌运动,采用髁突运动轨迹描记仪(CADIAX compact 2)记录并分析下颌运动轨迹的差异。结果 (1)在前伸后退运动中,骨性Ⅱ类从CO位起始的髁突在矢状、垂直方向的位移、矢状空间总位移及位移5mm时的矢状髁道倾斜度大于从CR位起始(不包括骨性Ⅱ类右侧髁突垂直位移)(P<0.05)。(2)在左右侧方运动中,骨性Ⅱ类从CO位起始的髁突在垂直、矢状、水平方向位移和矢状面空间总位移明显大于从CR位起始(不包括右侧髁突矢状向位移),从CO位起始的髁突位移5mm时矢状髁道倾斜度和水平髁道倾斜度均大于从CR位起始(P<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅱ类错合患者CO与CR位下颌运动轨迹有显著差异。Objective To investigate the distinction ofmandibular movement between centric occlusion position and centric relationposition of skeletal class Ⅱ.Methods 15 skeletal class Ⅱpatients, do all kinds of jaw movements with centric occlusion and centric relation as a starting point separately.Record and analyze mandibular movement differences using CADIAX compact 2.Results（1）In protusive movement,skeletalclass Ⅱstarting from centric occlusionposition in the sagittal 、vertical displacement, total displacement and sagittal condylar inclination when the displacement of the condylar is 5mm is greater than starting from centric relation（Not including the skeletal Class Ⅱ vertical displacement of the right condyle）（P0.05）.（2）In left and right lateral movement, Skeletal Class Ⅱ starting from centric occlusion condylevertical, sagittal, horizontal displacement and total displacement of the sagittal plane was significantly greater than starting from centric relation（not including the sagittal displacement Y 2-2z246810 of the right condyle）,andskeletal ClassⅡstarting from centric occlusion condylarthe sagittal condylar inclinationand transversal condylar inclination whendisplacement of the condylar is 5mm,is greater than starting from centric relation（P0.05）.Conclusion There are significant difference betweenmandibular movement of CO and CR positionin skeletal Class Ⅱ patients.
