脑微出血与缺血性脑卒中相关性研究进展

摘　　要：脑微出血是脑内微小血管病变所致的一种亚临床血管损伤的表现,主要由血液组成物质通过脆性微血管壁溢出而形成,临床表现缺乏特异性。脑微出血与多种临床疾病密切相关,其与缺血性脑卒中及脑卒中后抗栓、溶栓及出血转化等的相关性是目前的研究热点。文中对脑微出血与缺血性脑卒中的研究现状及进展做综述。Cerebral micro bleeds （CMBs） is one of the subclinical vascular damages, which caused by brain small blood vessels lesions. CMBs mainly composed of blood materials which overflow the brittle capillary wall, and its clinical manifestations are lack of specificity. CMBs is closely related to a variety of clinical diseases. The relationships between CMBs and ischemic stroke, antithrombotic, thrombolysis, hemorrhagic transformation are the current research focuses. The research status of cerebral micro bleeds and ischemic stroke were reviewed.
