高校网络思想政治教育要素的有效性研究

摘　　要：通过考察高校网络思想政治教育要素的有效性价值,可以发现当前网络思想政治教育要素有效性还存在诸多问题:教育者的素质结构与网络思想政治教育的实践需要存在不适应,开放性的网络实践与受教育者身心发展的不成熟性之间存在不适应,教育媒介的有效性与网络思想政治教育的先进性要求存在不适应。要解决这些"不适应"问题,必须从教育者队伍建设,受教育者自我教育层面和创新教育媒介等方面入手,才能有效提高网络思想政治教育的质量和有效性问题。Through examining the value of the effectiveness of the key elements of university network ideological and political education,the following problems can be identified： the adaptability between the teaching staff＇s quality structure and the practical demands of network ideological and political education; the inadaptability between the openness of network practice and the students ＇ immature physical and mental development; the inadaptability between the effectiveness of education media and the advanced nature of network ideological and political education.To solve these problems and improve the quality and effectiveness of the ideological and political education,the following measures should be taken： strengthening teaching staff team building; stimulating students＇ self-education; and innovating education media.
