摘  要:石灰作为重要的工业原材料,石灰通过石灰窑煅烧而来,由于石灰窑温度控制系统具有大纯滞后、非线性、严重耦合等特征,会影响石灰石煅烧温度的稳定性,从而影响石灰的活性。针对普通的PID控制算法鲁棒性较差,很难得到满意的控制效果,因此提出了模糊免疫自适应PID-Smith预估控制方法来控制石灰石的煅烧温度。在模糊控制理论和Smith控制理论的基础上,分别介绍了模糊免疫自适应PID控制器和Smith预估控制器,最后将两者相结合,在Matlab中的Simulink平台上搭建了控制模型,并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,模糊免疫自适应PID-Smith控制方法能使石灰窑煅烧温度快速稳定,鲁棒性强,并且超调量小。As an important industrial raw material, lime is calcined from lime kiln. Because the temperature con- trol system of lime kiln has the characteristics of large time delay, nonlinear and serious coupling, it can affect the sta- bility of limestone calcination temperature and the activity of lime. Common PID control algorithm has poor robustness and is difficult to acquire satisfying result. For this reason, a fuzzy immune adaptive PID - Smith predictor control method is proposed to control the calcing zone of limestone. The fuzzy immune adaptive PID controller and Smith pre- dictor controller were introduced, and the both were combined. The control model was set up based on Matlab/Simu- link, and the simulation verification was performed. The simulation results show that the fuzzy immune adaptive PID - Smith control algorithm is of fast stability and strong robustness with low overshoot.
