摘 要:世界经济发展缓慢、中国经济进入新常态,激进式创新再次引起人们重视。由于对激进式创新的内涵与产生过程的认识存在偏差,造成一些错误认知:产业升级就是要升级到一个全新的产业,过于强调原创性、激进式技术,忽视对传统产业的改造等。激进式科技进步不是突然发生的,而是一个演化过程。激进式科学技术的产生、扩散具有不确定性、周期性,受基础科学、市场主体、内部和外部协作等多重因素的影响。新一轮科技和产业革命正在发生,中国实现经济转型和产业升级需要充分认识到激进式科技进步过程的复杂性和规律性;跟踪科技前沿领域,加强科技研发;坚持运用新一轮科技和产业革命的成果改造传统产业;营造有利于激进式科技进步产生的环境。Radical innovation arouses people's attention because of slow development of the world economy and China's economy into the new normal. Cognitive bias on the connotation and process of radical leads to some misunderstanding : industrial upgrading means turning to a new industry; too much emphasis on original and radical technology; ignoring the transformation of traditional industries. Radical scientific and technological advance is not a sudden occurrence, but an evolutionary process. The generation and diffusion of radical science and technology are uncertain and periodic, and influenced by many factors, such as basic science, market subject, internal and external coordination. As a new round of scientific and technological and industrial revolution is taking place, in order to realize economic transformation and industrial upgrading, China needs to pay attention to four points as follows: recognizing fully the complexity and regularity of radical scientific and technological progress; tracking the forefront of science and technology;transforming traditional industries by use of last scientific and technological achievements; creating a favorable environment conducive to radical scientific and technological progress.
