开郁解毒法对乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁状态患者IGF-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察开郁解毒法对乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁状态患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法:采用随机对照、前瞻性临床研究的方法将70例患者随机分为2组各35例。治疗组予中药开郁解毒法治疗;对照组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,2组疗程均为2月。观察2组临床疗效、患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、乳腺癌患者生命质量测量表(FACT-B)评分、IGF-1水平及血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、心电图等。结果:治疗后,2组HAMD评分、FACT-B评分、IGF-1水平分别与治疗前比较,均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组患者均无严重不良反应事件出现;治疗后,2组患者血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、心电图均无明显异常改变。结论:开郁解毒法能够下调乳腺癌术后抑郁状态患者IGF-1表达水平,改善患者的抑郁情绪。Objective：To observe the effect of Kaiyu Jiedu therapy on insulin-like growth factor-1（IGF-1） in patients with postoperative depression of breast cancer. Methods：Divided 70 cases of patients into two groups randomly,35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Kaiyu Jiedu therapy,while the control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets. Both groups received treatment for two months. Observed the clinical effect, scores of Hamilton depressive scale（HAMD） and functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast（FACT-B）,IGF-1 level,blood routine,urine routine, liver and renal function, and electrocardiogramin both groups. Results： After treatment, scores of HAMDand FACT-Bas well as IGF-1 level in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant（P 0.05）, and these indexes were decreased more obviously in the treatment group, differences being significant（P0.05）. During treatment,there was no serious adverse reaction being found in both groups. After treatment,blood routine, urine routine, liver and renal function, and electrocardiogramin both groups were as normal as before.Conclusion： Kaiyu Jiedu therapy can regulate IGF-1 level in patients with postoperative depression of breast cancer and improve depression.
