逍遥散抗抑郁的临床与实验研究进展

摘　　要：近10年来,诸多医家在临床与实验方面对逍遥散抗抑郁的作用进行了大量研究。从流行病学调查来看,逍遥散作为治疗抑郁症的基础方,临床广泛应用于中风后抑郁、产后抑郁、乳腺癌伴抑郁、轻中度抑郁、更年期抑郁症等并取得较好疗效。实验研究也发现,逍遥散通过影响神经递质及其受体、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、细胞分子机制、细胞因子等发挥抗抑郁作用。In clinical practice and experiment,much research had been carried through on the effect of Xiaoyao powder in treating depression in the recent 10 years. Fromthe investigation in epidemiology,as a basic prescription for depression,Xiaoyao powder is widely applied in treating post-stroke depression,postpartumdepression,breast cancer with depression,mild and moderate depression and menopause depression, and has good efficacy. Experimental research also finds that Xiaoyao powder exerts action of anti-depression by affecting neurotransmitter and its receptor, hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenal axis,cellular and molecular mechanisms and cytokine.
