试论“年糕”在中韩日三国折射出的文化内涵比较

摘　　要：中韩日三国是经历了漫长的农耕社会的国家,稻米在食物匮乏的时代是重要的财富,也是作为祈愿农事丰收的宗教物,由此发展的年糕,在三个国家有着相似的文化象征,也有着各自国家独特的发展延伸,在这篇论文中对这一现象进行了比较研究。Korea and Japan are experienced long agricultural societies, rice is the important wealth in food shortage era, as a matter of religious prayer farming harvest, thus the development of the rice cake has a cultural symbol, similar, also has a unique development in their respective countries, a comparative study on this phenomenon in this paper.
