埃索美拉唑、痢特灵联合奥格门汀对胃溃疡疼痛缓解率、Hp根除率及溃疡愈合率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究埃索美拉唑、痢特灵联合奥格门汀对胃溃疡疼痛缓解率、Hp(幽门螺旋杆菌)根除率及溃疡愈合率的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年2月于消化内科就诊治疗的90例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,观察组患者给予埃索美拉唑三联疗法(埃索美拉唑、痢特灵联合奥格门汀)治疗,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑三联疗法(奥美拉唑、痢特灵+奥格门汀)治疗,疗程结束后对比两组患者治疗效果及用药安全性。结果:观察组患者的Hp根除率高于对照组(χ~2=5.874,P=0.015),观察组患者的溃疡愈合率高于对照组(χ~2=5.031,P=0.025),观察组患者的疼痛缓解率高于对照组(χ~2=10.879,P=0.001),治疗后观察组患者的腹胀改善情况优于对照组(χ~2=6.049,P=0.014),嗳气改善情况优于对照组(χ~2=6.429,P=0.011),胃脘灼热改善情况优于对照组(χ~2=5.075,P=0.024),治疗期间,观察组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.450,P>0.05),但观察组患者的随访复发率低于对照组(χ~2=0.014,P<0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑、痢特灵联合奥格门汀三联疗法治疗胃溃疡效果较好,有助于促进Hp根除及溃疡愈合,对于患者的预后有积极意义。Objective ： To explore the influence of esomeprazole and furazolidone combined with Augmentin on pain relief rate, Helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication rate and ulcer healing rate in gastric ulcer. Methods：90 cases of gastric ulcer who underwent treatments from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The experimental group were given esomeprazole triple therapy （esomeprazole, furazolidone and Augmentin） treatment, while the control group were given omeprazole triple therapy （omeprazole, furazolidone and Augmentin） treatment. Then, the treatment effect and drug safety after treatment were compared. Results： The pain relief rate, Hp eradication rate, ulcer healing rate and improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the follow - up recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of triple therapy of Esomeprazole and furazolidone combined with Augmentin in treatment of gastric ulcer is significant, which is helpful in promoting Hp eradication and ulcer healing, thus it has positive significance in prognosis for patients.
