摘　　要：独立医科院校药学专业生源质量参差不齐,开设的必修公共课程"物理化学"学时少、任务重,且实验条件有限,暂时无法开设实验课,造成理论与实验脱离,"学"、"用"分家。结合后期开设的药学专业课及专业化发展,重新对课程设置进行反思:精选课程内容、开设实验录像课、优化课程实施、构建多元化评价体系。Pharmacy in independent medical colleges enrolls students from all major and their quality varies, the compulsory public course ＂physical chemistry＂ faces challenges of less class hours and heavy task. Therefore, thinking about the curriculum, the proper selection of curriculum content, optimization of the curriculum implementation, seeking truth from facts to build diversified curriculum evaluation, and better realizing the goal of teaching is especially important.
