摘　　要：家庭社会资本是大学生重要的社会资本来源,会对大学生就业产生影响。本文以苏南某大学在校本科生为例探讨家庭社会资本对大学生择业取向的影响,采用问卷调查法,将家庭社会资本分解为父亲的职业、母亲的职业、父亲的受教育水平、母亲的受教育水平、家庭年总收入五个维度,将择业取向分解为毕业后走向、就业地区选择、就业单位选择、期望月薪四个维度,通过实证分析探讨二者之间的关系。结果表明,家庭社会资本对大学生择业取向确实有一定影响。Family social capital is an important source of social capital held by students,and may have an impact on the employment of university students. This research takes the undergraduates of S University as an example, attempts to explore the influence. By using questionnaire research,the family social capital is divided into five dimensions ： father＇s occupation, mother＇s occupation, father ＇s education degree, mother ＇s education degree, household annual gross income.The career orientation is divided into four dimensions such as employment destination after graduation, employment areas selection, workplace selection, salary expectations. The research aims at the relationship between the two sets by empirical analysis. The results show that the family social capital have an impact on college students career orientation.
