滋阴清热疗法降低Ⅲ期前列腺癌适形调强放疗导致肠道不良反应的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究具有滋阴清热作用的中药对Ⅲ期前列腺癌适形调强放疗导致肠道副反应的疗效。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在该院肿瘤科放疗的24例Ⅲ期前列腺癌患者,随机分成两组。比较中药在肠炎分级、肠炎病程以及阴虚内热症状的改善方面的作用。结果对照组患者在前列腺接受22~33 Gy治疗时有超过一半以上(58.33%)的患者出现放射性肠炎症状,而治疗组患者在33~44 Gy剂量照射时有50%以上患者才出现肠炎症状;治疗组患者发生肠炎的患者集中在1~2级,而对照组患者集中在2~3级,对照组和治疗组1级和3级,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035<0.05);在对阴虚内热症状的改善上,两组治疗前后,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026,<0.05)。结论口服具有滋阴清热作用的中药汤剂可以明显减轻放射性肠炎的严重程度,延缓发病时间,同时具有显著改善阴虚内热症状的作用,疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To research the curative effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat therapy in reducing the intestinal side effect caused by the Ⅲ-staged prostatic cancer intensity modulated radiation therapy. Methods 24 cases of patients with Ⅲ-staged prostatic cancer intensity modulated radiation therapy in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly di-vided into two groups, and the improvement effects of traditional Chinese medicines in the enteritidis classification, course and yin de-ficiency and interior heat were compared. Results More than half of patients（58.33%）were with radiation enteritis symptoms after22-33 Gy treatment in the control group, and more than 50% of patients were with enteritidis symptoms after 33-44 Gy dose radiation in the treatment group, and the enteritidis patients in the treatment group were concentrated in 1-2 levels and 2-3 levels in the con-trol group, and the P values of 1 level and 3 level in the control group and in the treatment group were respectively 0.035, and the differences were statistically obvious（P〈0.05）, and the P value of improvement of yin deficiency and interior heat before and after the treatment was 0.026, and the difference was statistically obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The oral administration of herbal soup with nourishing yin and eliminating heat can obviously relieve the severity of acute radiation enteritis, prolong the attack time and obvious-ly improve the yin deficiency and interior heat effect, and the curative effect is definite, and it is worth promotion and application.
