创新创业教育背景下旅游人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：创新人才培养是我国一直关注的要点,大学生自主创业也是国家长期鼓励的项目,在良好的大环境下,大学生在创新能力和创业技能方面都有很大的提升空间。因而,学校要给予充分的教育和扶持。文章围绕创新创业教育背景下旅游人才培养模式的工作中心,提出了构建高职旅游人才培养模式的具体措施。Cultivating talent with innovative ability is a key point on which our country concentrates all the time, and also the project, col- lege students＇ self-employment, is been encouraged all the way. In a good environment, there is a lot of room for college students to get improved in innovative ability and entrepreneurial skills. Thus, schools should give enough education and support to the students. This paper keeps with the work center of tourism talents training mode under the background of the innovation and entrepreneurship education, and puts forward the concrete measures of constructing higher vocational tourism talent training mode.
