摘  要:全球经济一体化的发展对高职人才培养提出了新要求,不仅要有专业技能又要具备较强的英语语言实践能力,而当前的高职英语教学中的诸多不足,未能适应新要求。因此,论文在"需求分析"理论的导向下,以九江职业大学为例,分析了高职院校职业英语教学中存在的问题,并依据岗位对英语的需求,提出职业英语能力提升的对策。The development of global economic integration put forward new requirements to talents training in higher vocational colleges, which is not only having professional skills also strong practical ability of English language. However, the deficiencies of the current high- er vocational English teaching failed to adapt to the new requirements. Therefore, this paper, under the guidance of the theory "needs analysis", taking Jiujiang Vocational University as an example, analyzed the problems existing in the vocational English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and according to the demand for English in occupation, countermeasures on improving EOP ability are put forward.
