摘　　要：工程管理专业是新兴的工程技术与管理交叉的复合性学科。随着经济的持续发展,社会上需要大量的工程管理方面的人才,各高校,特别是很多民办高校都兴办了工程管理专业,但是能办出自己特色的学校少之又少。如何能适应社会需求,培养出过硬的人才,是学校和企业都关心的问题。针对独立院校工程管理专业在人才培养方案中存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点改革的参考建议。the engineering management major is emerging cross compound engineering and management disciplines.As the demand of the economic development, society needs a lot of engineering management talents, many universities, especially many private colleges to set up the engineering management major, but to do your little school, how to adapt to the needs of society, cultivate excellent talents, is a question of schools and businesses are concerned about.Independent colleges and universities of engineering management speciality,this paper analysis of existing problems in the talent training scheme, puts forward some Suggestions for reform of the reference.
